Payment Policy

By placing an order on this website, you are entering into a purchase or sale transaction solely with trabi-tuning. This applies to all cases where payment is made by all modes (credit card, bank card, debit card, cheque, bank transfer) and other payments that are to be made to trabi-tuning.

Placing an Order

To place an order you will need to complete the transaction on the website. By placing an order on the site, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and payment policy published on this page of the website.

Once you have selected your products and added them to your shopping cart, you will need to proceed to the checkout section. Here you will be asked for the address and other contact information as well as payment related information.

Once the payment is successfully completed, your order will be processed on receipt of the funds from the bank, credit card company or payment gateway. At this stage the sale is said to be complete. Thereafter, your products will be shipped based on product availability and completion of logistics operations related to the same.

Payment Options

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available as a payment option.

The following payment methods are currently available:

• Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and institutions that are accepted by paypal.

As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa and MasterCard, you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (found on the reverse side of the card) when you make your online transactions via your Credit or Debit card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction.

Product Pricing

Product prices listed on the website are current. While care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not correct. In the rare event that happens, we will refund the complete amount received from the customer.

Prices are subject to change without advance notice.

All prices on this website are in Euro. For international cards used on the site, the bank’s applicable exchange rate and fees will apply. We do not have any jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges must be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument.

All orders are acknowledged at current pricing.

Transactions data on the website is transmitted encrypted via a secure TLS connection. It is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. This is an assurance that it follows the best security practices adopted by major online vendors where all payments are processed in real time for your security and immediate peace of mind.

Credit card and Debit card information is not stored by us and is not taken by us. This information is taken directly by the payment gateway provided who is authorised and is compliant with the regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions and payment franchisees that it is associated with.

Products that might be Out of Stock

We strive to replenish stocks and keep our products available on our site for sale and dispatch. However, in case the product is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order as per your convenience.

Shipping

trabi-tuning offers worldwide shipping serviced by our logistics partners.

Delivery time

We endeavour to deliver the products in the EU to you within a span of 2-7 working days from the receipt of order and payment, as per the address for delivery. Please be aware that due to current and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions delivery times may vary.

Worldwide and UK times can be between 7-14 days.

ALL CONSIGNMENTS ARE SENT RECORDED AND TO BE SIGNED FOR.

A tracking number will be provided for all packages once they are shipped along with a link to the relevent carrier.

Return and Exchange Policy

We aim to create, supply and deliver products for your appreciation and satisfaction.

trabi-tuning return or exchange policy applies if the product is damaged. All refund and replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Any returns made due to cancellations or incorrect items the customer may have ordered must be returned at the customers own cost.

Any custom item orders cancelled or returned are unable to be refunded.

Any disputes with parts and or products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged Delivery

Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. You can decline to accept a damaged order and ask the delivery person to return the order. Please contact trabi-tuning with the order number via trabantspares@gmail.com to inform us of this in case it happens.

Disclaimer

Please bear in mind that minor variations on the colour and texture can occur from what is visible in the product pictures on the website due to the assorted technological and physical restrictions of the digital medium. The buyer acknowledges this risk when they agree to these terms and conditions.
